I work in an office and sit about 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. The chairs at work are really now comfortable and my rear and lower back tend to get sore. I was really excited to try this out. This ChiroDoc Coccyx Cushion is really comfortable and holds it shape nicely. It pushes almost all the way down when I sit on it, but it has made my work chair more comfortable. It has a zip off cover so it can be taken off and washed easily. The fabric is soft and breathable and does not make you sweat which is a plus. It stays in place nicely on my work chair. There is no nonslip back, so if you are using it on a wood or plastic chair it may slide around some. Overall I am very happy with this product and have been using this daily.
