Portion Control Containers
This is a great Portion Control Set for anyone trying to lose some weight. This set includes 7 plastic containers and a instruction booklet. The containers are color coded for specific foods: Green: Vegetables 1 Cup, Red: Proteins 3/4 Cup, Yellow: Carbs 1/2 Cup, Purple: Fruit 1 Cup, Blue: Fats 1/3 Cup, Orange: Seeds & Dressings 2 Tbsp
The Instruction booklet helps to tell you how many of each container you will need to eat to lose weight. It probably would be easier if you had the total amount of container you would need for the day. For now I am going to try this out for my lunches I pack for work. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.
