Ziraki Adjustable Lumbar Lower Back Support Brace

This is a very comfortable back brace by Ziraki to wear. I just started exercising and I think because I've been sedentary the last 9 months my back has been really hurting. With this belt I can adjust how tight it is, I can also wear it under my clothes or on on top of them. The heat was really nice. It took a few seconds to warm up and my muscles felt great shortly after. The heat gets hot quick, I can only wear it for short periods of a time. I will be looking for another product that I can wear when exercising, this gets to hot for what I wanted it for. I received this product for free for my honest and unbiased opinion.
