I live in an apartment complex on the second floor. For safety reasons we can't have a grill and l love grilled foods. I thought this Chef's Secret Non-Stick Aluminum Indoor Stovetop Grill looked like a nice alternative. Some things just taste better grilled. In the summer time I have been missing hot dogs on the grill. This works perfectly to grill them and give them a nice char on the outside. The surface is non stick so you don't have to worry about having a big mess cooking. I have tried this with hot dogs and hamburgers and it works pretty good, no problems with the food sticking at all. Only complaint is the drip ring is not big enough to catch all the oil from any type of fatty meats. I had kind of a mess when doing burgers. There is no handle on the grill so you have to wait until it cools off before you can remove it from your stove. It cooks a little slower than a grill, but not enough that I wouldn't use it. Very easy to clean up which is a plus. I received this item in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
