Midori Spring Organic Ceremonial Matcha

My mom is from Taiwan and I grew up drinking  green tea.  I have always been a fan of green tea, but I have never tried Matcha until now. Matcha is ground up green tea leaves. Generally a special bowl and whisk are used to mix this up. I didn't have these items, but may purchase them later. I followed the directions listed on the tin. I think this is usually drank in small portions, l however doubled the amount in the directions. 

 This smell is fantastic, it is stronger than regular tea because you are actually drinking the tea leaves. I drink any type of tea unsweetened, and I like Matcha unsweetened as well. I also usually drink the green tea that you find loose at the Asian grocery store and I really think that this is very similar in taste but stronger. Caffeine levels seem stronger. This is Organic which is preferred because you are ingesting the leave. My only problem is some of the tea did not disolve in the liquid and clumped up. I'm thinking that maybe why they use a whisk to mix this. Otherwise I love that I have discovered this. I will definitely purchase this again.
