I was in need of a new cutting board. I have a plastic one and have heard that they can dull your knives and it was better to use a wood cutting board. This is a Dual Purpose Bamboo Kitchen Board. One size is for cutting and the other is for serving. The cutting side is bamboo, and has a “moat” around the edge to catch any liquid you may have when cutting. Quality is nice, no spintering and is wood is even. The other side for serving the wood is a dark brown wood.
This side I wasn’t as impressed with. The wood is uneven and color is uneven as well. It doesn’t really look nice enough to serve with.
