EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Thermometer

This EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Thermometer is very easy to use. LCD screen is a nice size, numerals are easy to read. The screen also has a backlight which is nice because my oven light is not very strong. Temperature readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit which is easy to change. The probe is nice and sharp so it is easy to insert into your meat. It automatically shuts off after 5 minutes so you don't have to worry about the battery running down. There is slip on cover for the probe, which is nice so you don't have to worry about the sharp point in your gadget drawer. This is perfect for when I'm cooking chicken. I always worry about undercooking chicken and end up overcooking it. This works very nicely. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.
