The head strap, chest harness and wrist straps are all adjustable. All items seem well constructed. This is a great set who would like a little of everything. Great value for the amount of items included, to purchase all these items separately would cost a great more. This is perfect for someone likes electronics and just purchased a GoPro just because. There are so many accessory you can try you GoPro out doing a variety of activities.
