Smart Weigh Digital Scale

Very nice food scale. I have been trying to watch what I eat and I try to weigh out my food so I don't overeat to much. This works nicely for that. It is 8 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches, which is larger than most kitchen scales. Tempered glass top for easy clean up. It has both mechanical and digital reading. This scale can weigh up to 11 lbs. It also can change from grams to ounces, switches easily with a touch of a button on the back of the scale. Runs on 3 AAA batteries which are included. Also comes with a 2 year warranty which is a big plus. You can you this scale for a variety of uses. I gave this to my daughter is raising crested geckos, the larger size is perfect for weighing them in grams. I received this item in exchange for my honest review. 

Portion Control Containers

This is a great Portion Control Set for anyone trying to lose some weight.  This set includes 7 plastic containers and a instruction booklet. The containers are color coded for specific foods:  Green: Vegetables 1 Cup,  Red: Proteins 3/4 Cup, Yellow: Carbs 1/2 Cup, Purple: Fruit 1 Cup, Blue: Fats 1/3 Cup, Orange: Seeds & Dressings 2 Tbsp

The Instruction booklet helps to tell you how many of each container you will need to eat to lose weight. It probably would be easier if you had the total amount of container you would need for the day. For now I am going to try this out for my lunches I pack for work.  This is a very modern looking scale, which I really like. It is very sleek and stylish looking. It is something that I can leave on my kitchen counter and it looks nice. It is also a nice size, it does not take up much room on my counter. I have been trying to lose some weight and am calorie counting and this has been really helpful in measuring the portions I am eating. 

This can be used to measure dry item and liquids. It can measure in grams or ounces, and it is easily switched. Came with battery, I pulled the plastic tab and I was able to turn on the item.  I think this scale just gave me the motivation to get back to eating healthy. I haven't stepped on a scale in awhile and let's say I wasn't happy with the results.  I knew I had gained weight but didn't think I had gained that much.  The first thing I did was grabbed my old scale to compare my results, and they were only different by a half pound.  

This scale other than basic weight measurements, this scale also measures body water, bone mass, mineral mass, BMI and Calorie Estimation. Each user can set up a profile which you enter your gender, and your age and it will remember you last weigh in. It was pretty easy to set up the profile, only downside was I had to keep starting over as i was reading the directions. It gives you a certain time to enter your options then it shuts off the programming off.  Nice glass top scale, run with 3 AAA batteries. I'm hoping that I can use this as an incentive to trying to eat better and bring my weight down. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.
