Phytopia Anxiety and Stress Essential Oil

The older I have gotten it seems like stress and anxiety have gotten worse. I have tried prescription medication before and I have never liked side the side effects. I like to try natural ways to reduce stress, including exercise, getting adequate rest and recently I have been trying essential oils. I was always pessimistic about oils but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have tried a few stress relief oils and had good luck with them. I recently got Phytopia's Tranquility. The first thing I noticed when it came was that it came in a cute velvet bag. Yea, I'm a girl and the packaging makes a difference to me. It has a dropper style cap. The Oil smells really good. It is a blend of: Rose Oil, Vanilla, Geranium Oil, and Orange Oil. I use it mostly in my oil diffuser at bedtime but also occasionally get to use it in my bath and rub it on chest or wrists. I feel like it help me relax in the evenings. I'm not sure it's a big difference but enough that I use it more nights than I don't. I received this item in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.

Hand Exercise & Stress Relief Ball by Koh Fit

Hand Exercise & Stress Relief Ball by Koh Fit

I work 9 hours a day at a computer and I get pains in my thumb and elbow from being on the a mouse and keyboard all day.  Exercising my hand usually helps to manage pain.  This Koh Fit Stress Ball really helps. This is also really good for stress relief, I keep it at my desk and "play" with it throughout the day. This would also be good for kids that have adhd or fidgety hands, giving them something to keep there hands busy. The outside is made of a nylon type fabric. I'm not sure what's in the inside, whatever it is it bounces back pretty quickly. I have fairly small hands and it fits nicely, but also comfortably in my husbands hand. It is larger than a golf ball. Also included when you purchase is a Hand Therapy Guide in pdf form. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.
