PS Seasoning & Spices Jerky Kit
This is a great kit for making jerky. My kids love jerky, but it is so high the store. I thought this would be a great opportunity into trying to make my own. So far I have only tried the cracked pepper and garlic so far and my family loves it. I marinated beef overnight and flavor is great. Good directions and easy to use. I do not have a dehydrator so I used my oven. Only downside is you have to do 5 lbs of meat or you will need a scale which is was to much trouble for me. I placed jerky into freezer bags, and will take them out as we need them. I look forward to trying the bbq and the mesquite. I received this in exchange for my honest review.
